I decided to do a 3 day fast. This was inspired by a page I read in the sixth and seventh book of MOSES. It said that after a 3 day fast you must say some hebrew words and magical powers will be granted to you.

So I did it .....Blind folded.

The room was in the Palace ( my fourbed in Clapham(clarm!(now sold)) )
the room was blanked out I was blindfolded. Great

The first 6 hours was difficult I felt like I was an animal. NEED HUG. NEED WATER. NEED FOOD. NEED LIGHT.

Next I fall into a deep sleep. I had loads of visions from the various places. Whether it was a dream or reality I do not know. But I know it made me feel great!. half way through the meditation I have a calling to go to the loo
